Famed restaurateur Antonio Cagnolo opened his flagship Antonello Ristorante in 1979.  It is considered one of Orange County’s best Italian dining establishments.  Just recently he announced the appointments of Salvatore Ferrara and Gino Buonanoce as co-executive chefs. Ferrara is a graduate of California Culinary Academy and served under the tutelage of proprietor Antonio Cagnolo.  Buonanoce attended culinary school in his hometown of Bari Puglia Italy and has honed his craft during his years at New York’s Parma Ristorante.
